We have reserved a block of rooms for our attendees at the Marriott Courtyard (Las Cruces at NMSU).
Please make your own hotel reservations directly with Marriott, either by calling (575) 526-1722 or booking online at the hotel website. When you book by phone, mention the THOMA FOUNDATION to receive the group rate of $139 per night.
When you book online, please use the code THF to receive the group rate.
There is a mix of queen-queen bed rooms and king bed with sofa bed rooms available. The Thoma Foundation will reimburse organizations via check for the total cost of one room for a single night. Reimbursement forms will available in your welcome packets when you arrive at the conference.
Please book by November 11 in order to receive the group rate.
