Curator Talk: Digital Art Curator Jason Foumberg Presents at the 2020 Ars Electronica Festival

For the 2020 Ars Electronica Festival, the Thoma Foundation’s Curator of Digital Art, Jason Foumberg’s 15-minute video offers personal anecdotes about how the Foundation decides which artworks to collect. The lushly illustrated talk features over 100 collection images, and is organized around the Ars Electronica 2020 festival theme of Autonomy, especially spotlighting digital artists who use technology to automate creative labor and increase viewer interaction.
