Madeline Cacheria

Executive Assistant

Madeline Cacheria is an experienced executive assistant with a strong background in administrative support, project management, and event coordination. Prior to joining the Thoma Foundation, she served as an Executive Assistant at Meow Wolf, where she managed complex scheduling, travel logistics, and high-level communications for multiple C-suite executives.

Madeline’s passion for the arts has been a driving force throughout her career. She has worked extensively with nonprofit arts organizations, including the School for Advanced Research (SAR) and the Southwestern Association for Indian Arts (SWAIA). At SAR, she supported leadership, the institutions president, and board members while also coordinating fundraising events. As Social Media Manager for SWAIA, she played a key role in increasing digital engagement and promoting Indigenous artists. She also served as Lead Coordinator for the SWAIA Indigenous Fashion Show, overseeing event logistics and collaborating with designers, sponsors, and media.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Design from the Institute of American Indian Arts, Madeline combines her organizational expertise with a deep appreciation for art. She is dedicated to supporting the mission of the Thoma Foundation and facilitating the seamless execution of its initiatives.
